Terms & Conditions / Visitor Agreement

Welcome to MyGarage360 ("MyGarage360", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the MyGarage360 website, Smart QR stickers, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or activating a QR sticker, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What MyGarage360 provides

MyGarage360 is a vehicle-tools platform. Depending on the features you use, the Service may let you:

Activate and manage QR stickers that let someone who scans your vehicle contact you (a "Smart QR" can connect a caller without revealing your phone number; a "Free QR" may display your number directly).
Get general, AI-generated maintenance and troubleshooting guidance ("AI Mechanic").
Track document validity (insurance, PUC, RC, licence, FASTag, challans) and open the relevant official Government portals.
Explore vehicle parts and accessories, with links to third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Use emergency / SOS shortcuts and optional features such as parking mode, location sharing, and stolen-vehicle alerts.
Order paid custom QR stickers for delivery to an address you provide.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
You register and sign in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) and/or login PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and device secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Adding a vehicle, document, or address that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to manage, is not permitted.

3. AI Mechanic — informational only

AI Mechanic responses are generated automatically and are provided for general information only. They are not professional mechanical, safety, legal, or financial advice, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always have your vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before acting, and follow your vehicle manufacturer's manual. You use AI Mechanic guidance at your own risk.

4. Documents & official portals

Document validity reminders and challan checks are convenience features. MyGarage360 does not issue, certify, or replace any official Government record. Where we show data from, or link to, official portals (for example the Insurance Information Bureau, VAHAN / Parivahan, Sarathi, eChallan, or NETC FASTag), that data and those portals are operated by their respective authorities and are subject to their terms. Always treat the official portal or physical document as the authoritative source.

5. QR stickers, contact & location sharing

A QR sticker links to a contact page so a finder can reach you. You are responsible for what you choose to display and for keeping a sticker active only on a vehicle you own or control.
Features like location sharing and stolen-vehicle alerts are optional and depend on the scanner and on device/browser permissions; they are provided "as available" and should not be relied on as a security, recovery, or emergency service.
Misuse — including activating stickers on vehicles you do not own, harassment, or filing a false "stolen" report — may result in suspension and may be reported to the authorities.

6. Purchases, parts links & payments

Parts and accessories listings link to third-party marketplaces. Those purchases are made on the third party's website under their terms, pricing, and return policies; we are not the seller and are not responsible for those transactions. Some links may be affiliate links.
Paid custom QR stickers are sold by MyGarage360 and shipped to the address you provide. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card or bank details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access another user's account or data; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the Service; or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by MyGarage360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as vehicle details and uploaded documents) and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGarage360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from reliance on AI guidance, document reminders, third-party portals or marketplaces, or the availability of any feature.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the place of our principal operations shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. For questions, complaints, or grievances about the Service or these Terms, contact our Grievance Officer:
